03Which barcode scanners and receipt printers are compatible?+
CAISE works out-of-the-box with any standard USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner (HID mode with automatic focus guard). It provides native receipt formatting for 58 mm and 80 mm ESC/POS thermal printers, plus A4 PDF invoice export.
04How does the customer credit & debt ('Carnet') management work?+
When ringing up a sale, cashiers can select 'Store Credit' to assign the balance directly to a customer's profile with one click. CAISE tracks individual credit limits, total outstanding balances, debt age, and lets you record partial cash payments with instant printable receipts.
05How does the built-in accounting and cash flow system work?+
Every completed sale, return, and recorded expense automatically posts corresponding double-entry journal lines in your General Ledger. You get live Cash In / Cash Out statements, expense breakdowns by category, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements with zero manual bookkeeping.
